1. Frame body: The overall structure is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the national food production safety standards;
2. Fan: High wind capacity is used as the fan, and the distance between each set of fans is 1m. The air drying efficiency is high, and the height of the fan can be freely adjusted according to different products.
3. Stainless steel mesh cover: To prevent the product from being blown away during air drying due to being too light, a perforated stainless steel mesh cover can be added to the empty space of the equipment. The product will only flip inside and will not be blown out. The protective cover can be disassembled for easy cleaning.
4. Transmission system: mainly composed of transmission chain, transmission sprocket, bearing seat, driving shaft, driven shaft, and mesh belt. The mesh belt is driven independently by each driven shaft, and the mesh belt itself has no tension, which improves the service life of the mesh belt and is easy to disassemble and repair. The mesh belt has brush edge protection to protect the product from being squeezed or damaged. For products with too many dead corners, the mesh belt needs to be flipped multiple times to achieve better air drying effect; Each time the chain is flipped, it is driven independently to reduce chain tension and extend its service life. 5. Electric control system
The control system and equipment are integrated, with a variable frequency reducer inside that can be adjusted in speed. The reducer drives the transmission chain to operate, thereby bringing it to the mesh belt for operation.
6. Add a curtain at the discharge end and a stainless steel baffle at the feed end of the equipment to prevent materials from escaping, and the discharge port can better gather the products.
7. The equipment is generally equipped with two types of mesh belts: stainless steel mesh chains and PP chain plates. Stainless steel mesh chains are mostly used for bagged products that are not afraid of falling or touching, while nylon chain plates are suitable for bulk and easily damaged products, providing cushioning during material dropping to prevent damage to large products.
8. The feeding end is equipped with a device to prevent materials from flying out.
